MV Gives is almost here! 

Join us on Friday, September 19

We are prepping for this year’s annual day of giving, sponsored by the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties and the UpMobility Foundation. The fundraiser will begin on Monday, September 15 at midnight and officially end on Friday, September 19.

We are extremely grateful to have been selected for UpMobility’s 3:1 Match, which will allow our donor’s monetary donations to be tripled!

If you’re unsure of how to donate online or would like help, we will have computers set up in the library throughout the entire week to assist you with the process. On Friday, we will also be welcoming the Coro Italiano of the Mohawk Valley Choir to our Community Room at 4pm for an afternoon concert. Please join us for this live event if you are able!

This year, the money donated during the Mohawk Valley Gives event will be put toward our third floor renovation project. We are hoping to raise enough money this year to continue our expansion efforts on the third floor to allow for more private meeting spaces and small group programming and events. Please consider donating to the library. Whether it’s $5 or $5,000, all donations help bring us closer to raising our goal of $50,000!
