Here’s her bio:
My name is Kelly Daukontas. I am a wife, mother of two, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach. My husband and I recently opened up a new business this past January, called Live Well Fitness Health & Wellness Center. I offer personal training, work with small training groups, and run group fitness classes.
My love for fitness started in high school, but fizzled after college, marriage, and children. Seven years ago, I was re-introduced to the fitness world after the birth of my second child. I became passionate about health, nutrition, and exercise; feeling inspired to share my new-found love with others.
I became Certified through Precision Nutrition in 2018, and certified in personal training from the American Council on Exercise in 2019.
Since then, I have worked with countless groups, along with individual clients, to reclaim their health through individualized exercise programs and nutrition. Knowledge is power, and I am often immersed in various health podcasts, books, and continued education. Education is a key component to my clients success!
In my free time, I love to cook, hike with my family, and travel!
