Creative Writing: May 15th & 22nd @5pm. Teen Creative Writing allows our teen patrons a chance to create fascinating stories outside of a school setting. Teens learn integral parts of the writing process, but in a fun and engaging way. Creative Writing will be going on a brief hiatus for the summer, but will be back in the fall! Teen Art Night: June 1st @5:30pm. This month we are coming back with a theme! It’s fantasy night meaning we will have the normal art supplies for anyone who would like to be creative in their own way and we will also have a fantasy themed craft for everyone to do. Teen Advisory Board Info Meeting: June 12th @5:30pm. This informational meeting is for interested teens and their parents to learn about being on our Teen Advisory Board. Teens will who join will get a cool behind the scenes look at the inner workings of public libraries, unique volunteer experience, and are able to use this position as a means of collecting community service hours. Teen Board Game Night: June 15th @ 5:30pm. Bring your friends and come play games. The library will provide some board games, but you are welcome to bring your favorites to play as well!
