Are you feeling lucky? Well you’re in luck now because we have a whole month of awesome programs coming at you for March!
This month features a new program to our monthly schedule which is a Death Cafe. Death Cafes are meant to create awareness of death with a view to help people make the most of their finite lives. This group is a discussion group rather than a grief counselling or bereavement support.
March also features the first two sessions of “The Revolutionary War: A Military History” which will be taught by Giacomo Calabria. The full program will be 4 sessions long and are completely free thanks to a generous grant from Humanities New York! Come learn about the battles of the American Revolution. Sign up prior to the sessions by stopping in or calling us at (315)-823-1542.
We are also going to be showing two Oscar Nominated movies in anticipation of the 95th Academy Awards! The movies are Elvis which will be showing here at the library on Friday, March 10th at 1pm and Top Gun Maverick which will be showing on Saturday, March 11th at 1pm. Both movies are free to the public!
For any questions about current or future programs please call us at (315)-823-1542.
